Rea Kelly serves as the Cultural Development & Experiences Chair for the Socialite Society™ Leadership Circle, where she helps shape the emotional, cultural, and experiential energy of the ecosystem through intentional connection, elevated experiences, and global cultural appreciation.


As The Global Lifestyle Realtor, Rea brings a unique blend of luxury real estate expertise, cultural fluency, feminine leadership, and social intelligence to the community. Her ability to create authentic connections across diverse spaces allows her to naturally bridge culture, class, and conversation in ways that make people feel both seen and elevated.


Her long-term vision includes expanding into global lifestyle experiences, luxury real estate development, yacht and waterfront markets, and mentorship initiatives supporting Black women navigating luxury and high-performance spaces.

Rea’s leadership journey within the Socialite Society™ emerged through her transformation during the Prestige Path program, where she developed unshakable confidence, an abundance mindset, and mastery of authentic connection. 


Throughout her journey, she consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of how atmosphere, identity, and intentional experiences shape the energy of a room and the development of a community.

In her role, Rea helps:

  • Preserve, celebrate, and elevate global cultures, heritage, language, and identity
  • Support the development of experiential concepts rooted in connection and intentionality
