— Lydia Pierre

Lydia is a Haitian-American native of Brooklyn, New York, raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and now residing in Metro Atlanta.
Some may say she was your stereotypical Caribbean, being raised in a culture where the social system in Haiti offers limited support. People have to work for what they've got, and Haitian people tend to be industrious, imaginative, resourceful, and contrary to another unwelcome stereotype – hardworking. Though born in Brooklyn, NY, this was not lost on Lydia. Her father, Isaac Pierre, embodied all of the above-referenced characteristics and was one who turned every task he attempted into a business venture of sorts. A self-taught and quite exceptional mechanic by trade, she watched her father do everything from video production for the church community, chauffeur, house repair, and even dabble in the trucking business, yet he still managed to be known as one of the most popular and funniest people in the community.
It seems the apple doesn't fall far from the tree because not only did Lydia inherit her father's looks (the resemblance is uncanny), she showcases qualities, talents, and personality traits that are similar. She had various jobs and roles throughout her academic and professional career that have helped her become more diverse in her experiences. She went from "doing hair" at 12 years old for members of her church community by walking to their homes, to providing services to her father, eventually building a home salon for herself in the basement of their family home, as he preferred she be somewhere safe. She later went on to become a licensed cosmetologist and, while that was what she was known for, she simultaneously became a self-taught billing specialist and office manager at a chiropractic office, a venture that started when she became their driver as soon as she got her driver's license at 16 years old. While juggling those two careers, she started planning and decorating weddings after successfully putting together her own engagement extravaganza all by herself at 19.
In 2009, her mother was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. In an effort to expand her team and make time to be her mother's primary caretaker, Lydia founded Blessed Occasions Traveling Salon & Spa in 2010, which was a callback to how she got started traveling to clients' homes, but this time, with a luxurious appeal.
Due to the owners' dependency issues, she found herself "packaging" her individual team members' talents and skills in a way that made her very loyal clientele feel comfortable with being serviced by new providers. She didn't realize it at the time, but by putting together portfolios, pictures, and bios to showcase how skilled they were, she was essentially "branding" her team. This is how Ur Beauty Liaison was born, and she started the "Art of Branding." When she first started as UrBeautyLiaison, it was with a simple premise: Advocate for industry professionals and help make available to them the resources needed to have an exciting, active, and long career while educating each professional about the importance of branding and networking. Word spread, and beauty professionals from New York to Atlanta were contacting her to help put them together and book job opportunities that would help boost their reputation. Lydia started getting herself and those she now represented into all kinds of fashion and beauty events and shows, including New York Fashion Week.
After her mother passed away in 2012, Lydia relocated to Georgia to get away and get a fresh new start. Parlaying her networking skills and newfound love for helping people "brand" themselves, she started working as the public relations specialist at a nonprofit that her "Auntie" started back in Philadelphia and expanded to Georgia. Not only did this "Auntie" know her mother, but she practically helped raise and mentor her through her middle and high school years. She became her second mom.
While working there, in an effort to help them spread the word about the non-profit organization, Lydia had them join the local chamber of commerce. Once the opportunity presented itself, Lydia applied for and became the Director of Communications at that very same Chamber of Commerce in 2014.
Before relocating to Georgia, Lydia built a strong operational and analytical foundation through nearly eleven years as a Medical Billing Specialist at Disston Chiropractic in Philadelphia. This role sharpened her precision, discipline, and understanding of systems—skills that would later become instrumental in her work advising executives and organizations.
After moving to Georgia in 2012, Lydia transitioned into public-facing leadership, serving as the Public Relations Specialist for Family Support Circle, Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on afterschool and summer enrichment programming for children in underserved communities. In this role, she became the public voice of the organization—representing its mission in the community, leading communications efforts, and managing stakeholder relationships. She also served as Youth Program Coordinator, a Certified WAIT Trainer teaching abstinence education to middle school students, and a Mandated Reporter. Additionally, Lydia oversaw the organization’s Plan of Action and Public Relations Committees, identifying, training, and supporting volunteers and leadership candidates. Today, she continues her commitment to service as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Family Support Circle, Inc.
In 2014, Lydia was appointed Director of Communications for the Henry County Chamber of Commerce, following years of managing strategic email campaigns and communications for small businesses and entrepreneurs across New York, Philadelphia, and Atlanta. In this role, she developed and executed comprehensive marketing and communications strategies supporting community initiatives, education, workforce development, and economic growth. Her work extended into the political arena, where she gained experience supporting multiple local campaigns throughout Georgia—further expanding her understanding of influence, messaging, and public perception.
While at the Chamber, Lydia authored her first book, The Art of Branding: A Simple & Practical Guide to Understanding the Branding Process (2015). The book addressed frequently asked questions around personal branding and positioned Lydia as an emerging authority—laying the groundwork for the launch of her personal brand and future enterprises.
Through her leadership at the Chamber, Lydia became deeply embedded in the regional business ecosystem and was appointed Chair of the One Henry Arts & Leisure Subcommittee in 2016. One Henry is a county-wide economic development initiative composed of community leaders, businesses, and civic organizations. As Chair, Lydia led one of five strategic subcommittees focused on strengthening economic viability and cultural engagement throughout Henry County. This role further solidified her reputation as a connector, strategist, and leader. Two years later, she leveraged these relationships and insights into a role as Marketing Specialist at Heritage Bank, an independent community bank serving Atlanta’s Southern Crescent since 1955.
While at Heritage Bank, Lydia launched Pierre Branding Group’s first signature initiative—the Twelve @12 Mentorship Program, a leadership luncheon series pairing high-potential professionals with seasoned mentors. Hand-selected by Lydia, mentors included elected officials, C-suite executives, and influential business leaders, including Senator Brian Strickland, Henry County Commission Chair June Wood, GDOT Board Member Dana Lemon, and Heritage Bank CEO Leonard Moreland. Heritage Bank’s sponsorship of the program underscored Lydia’s credibility and the trust she had earned within the institution and broader business community.
After increasing the bank’s brand visibility while simultaneously growing her own enterprise, Lydia made the intentional decision to transition fully into entrepreneurship—moving from executive leadership to founder without severing relationships, diminishing credibility, or compromising her brand.
In 2018, Lydia formally launched Pierre Branding Group, LLC (PBG)—a Brand Management, Consulting, Production, and Publishing firm initially serving executives and entrepreneurs. What began as a small operation evolved into a dynamic collective of industry experts known as the Powerhouse of Consultants, delivering premium branding and business consulting services. During the 2020 pandemic, PBG successfully pivoted to support businesses transitioning into virtual models, fueling rapid growth and expansion.
Today, PBG operates as a collaborative ecosystem where high-performing entrepreneurs and consultants are empowered to build their own brands while benefiting from shared resources, strategy, and infrastructure. Lydia remains a hands-on investor and advisor in many client businesses, driving transformation across the coaching, agency, and consulting industries through a model rooted in influence, alignment, and elevation.
While the scope of services has expanded far beyond its original focus, the core philosophy remains unchanged: educating professionals on the power of branding, positioning, and strategic networking.
At Pierre Branding Group, clients are not managed—they are represented. Lydia and her team serve as a trusted liaison across industries, positioning clients for visibility, opportunity, and long-term success.
Lydia Pierre’s work is grounded in a strong foundation of public relations, strategic marketing, and executive-level communications—experience gained through years of advising small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community-focused initiatives. This background fuels her passion for helping organizations and individuals not only succeed, but lead with influence and intention.
A graduate of the Leadership Henry Class of 2018, Lydia is recognized as a respected leader within the regional and professional business community. She currently serves on multiple advisory and governing boards, including the Henry County Chamber of Commerce, the Gordon State College Business Program Advisory Board, the Haitian Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board, and as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Family Support Circle, Inc.
Lydia was named Who’s Who of Black Atlanta following the launch of her signature Twelve @12 Leadership Luncheon Series—a highly regarded mentorship initiative that brought together top-level executives across Henry County and Metro Atlanta to mentor and develop emerging leaders seeking access, guidance, and meaningful connection.
Her entrepreneurial leadership was further recognized when she was named Henry County’s Best of the Best – Local Entrepreneur of 2020, honoring her impact, innovation, and contribution to the local business ecosystem.
Most recently, Lydia was honored with the 2025 Intentional Woman Award, presented by Dr. Florence Fasan and the Intentional Woman platform—an organization dedicated to celebrating women who lead, serve, and create meaningful impact with purpose. Standing among women driven by intention was a deeply humbling moment and a powerful affirmation of Lydia’s life’s work.
In addition to her professional and civic leadership, Lydia is also a Certified Professional Life Coach, enhancing her ability to guide clients through personal alignment, strategic clarity, and elevated decision-making—skills she now applies within her luxury advisory and brand strategy work.
Together, these achievements reflect Lydia’s unique ability to operate across corporate leadership, community influence, and luxury positioning—a combination that continues to define her authority and impact as The Corporate Socialite®.
Through every chapter of her work—whether curating transformative experiences through The Corporate Socialite®, serving as Official Brand Ambassador for the Atlanta Fibroid Center, advocating for women’s wellness, supporting education through the FSC Haiti School Fundraiser Initiative, or leading community impact through MCK Cares and the Experience the Luxury of Healing Tour—Lydia’s mission remains consistent:
To use Influence Intentionally and Impactfully.
